Standard Service Fees Standard processing includes the following services.
  • *Receiving – Receive your package from carriers on your behalf.
  • *Registration - Register your package as an item in our system.
  • *Notification - Send you a notification email when your package is registered.
  • *Storage - Keep your item secure until it is shipped. (Free up to 30 days)
  • *Packing - Repackage your item to prevent damage during international transportation.
  • *Shipping Request - Make arrangements for your shipment with a carrier.
Additional Service Fees
Insurance 2% of total purchase price
Inspection $5 up to 5 pcs and $1 per each additional piece (minimum $5)
Consolidation $10/shipment Free Free
Item Management Fees
Discard / Shred Free Free Free
Scan / Photo $5 for the first page, and $1 per each additional page
Storage Fees
Packages Free up to 30 days (Maximum 60 days)
After 30 days $1/day or $2/day for oversized packages (greater than 1m3)
*Any package held for 60 days will be automatically discarded.
Mail items (PREMIUM member only) Free up to 30 days
*All mail items will be shipped automatically when there is any item that has been stored more than 30 days.
Return Processing Fee
Return shipping only $10/Registered Item
*Customer is responsible for contacting the store and getting a return label prior to a return request if necessary.*Additional fee may apply if some of the contents have to be returned instead of a whole package.
Return handling and shipping $30/Registered Item

APO/FPO Addresses Shipping Fee
$25 handling fee (includes one received package) + USPS Priority Mail rate.
*You can consolidate additional received packages to the shipment for $10 per received package.
Pick-Up Handling Fees. *By appointment only

Personal Shopper Fees
Regular Shopping Fee 15% of total purchase price (Minimum charge $10)
